FOSTER HOME NEEDED URGENTLY
Hi everyone, I&#;m Duchess. I am a beautiful 5 yr old female German Shepherd/Husky cross who was surrendered, along with my friend Echo, to A Better Life when my owner&#;s life turned upside down and he had to suddenly move and give us both up. It was a devastating experience for all of us. Because of no available foster homes for large dogs right now we had to be put into a kennel. Although this is my first time in a kennel, I am adjusting to being here and am not as anxious and depressed as Echo. But just like Echo, I look pleadingly at every visitor who comes to the kennel in the hopes they will take me home. I am well socialized dog and great with other dogs. I have never been around cats or small children to know how I would be around them. I am spayed and up to date on my vaccinations. Both Echo and I are far more bonded to people than each other so I don&#;t really care that we will be split up &#; all I want is to be in a home again. Please, will someone come soon and take me home with them.
Duchess and Echo belong to another rescue but all inquiries will be forwarded to the right people. This is a courtesy post for them. Please consider fostering one of them and allowing them to be in a home for Christmas!
